A newer alliance with an Egyptian theme. Founded in late February early March 2008 they have grown to around 70 members, and are at about 500-600K NS. They have founded themselves in the Yellow Sphere and have a protectorate with MXCA, they also hold PIATs with SUN and DefCon. They are also in the ODP/economic Bloc Yellow Sphereority. They are currently offering $3Mil in starter aid to applicants who pass their quick university program.

Looking at the information there, it seems as though NpO has pissed off some people. With all the lines being drawn in the sand, the web of alliances is quickly becoming polarized. Whispers of GW5 are everywhere, more and more alliances are moving to defcon 1, with nearly as many not directly related to current events moving to defcon 3 just to be safe.
